it will all be okay
how do you know?
I do not know... its a mystery.
Is this glass half-full or half empty?
I've heard it said that how you answer this question speaks about your mindset.... Do you see the world in apostive light, or a negative light?
If you say that this cup is half full, means that you are thinking positively. You see what is present instead of focusing on whats missing...
in contrast... if you see this glass as half empty, it suggests that you are looking at the world in a negative perspective. You are focusing on what is lacking more than you focus on what you have before you.
The world is in many ways what we interpret it to be. We never can see the world how it really is... but only a subjective perspective.
It is true that things could be better.. of course.. but as long as we breath, things could also be way worse.
If we are here.. if we are alive, we are champions.. and we are very fortunate.
This is a great image to keep on the home screen of your phone to remind you how you are thinking when you see it. Are you thinking positive, or are you thinking negative?

What if you're whole life is an Adventure Game, and you're the main character?
Here's a playlist of music I made called Adventure Time. Its based on the idea of what if our life was a video game. It's meant to be music that can play in the background: https://suno.com/playlist/23a6d634-03c8-419d-8ad4-e51053acb851
The Completed Golden Rule
Category: Philosophy
Many people have heard of the Golden Rule; "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.", but many people don't realize that there is an important second part: "... but also don't do unto others what they would not want done to them!" <-This is the complete Golden Rule.

5 Guidelines for Life
Tribe is Life
Surround yourself with people who lift you up, support your growth, and share your values. Your tribe is your strength—nurture those connections, and they will nurture you in return.Kindness Above All
Be kind to everyone, but especially to those who show you kindness. Kindness is a powerful force, and when reciprocated, it strengthens relationships and builds trust.Honor Thyself
Respect and value yourself, both in thought and action. Cultivate self-awareness, stand by your principles, and prioritize your well-being without compromising your integrity.Savor the Journey
Life is an adventure, so take the time to enjoy each moment. Embrace both challenges and joys, understanding that every experience shapes who you are and where you’re going.Respect Others’ Desires
Treat others the way you would like to be treated, but also respect their boundaries and wishes. Don’t impose your values on others, and strive to be mindful of what they need and value.
A tail or two wolves.
Within each of us, there are two wolves locked in a fierce battle. One wolf is dark, filled with anger, envy, greed, arrogance, and hatred. The other wolf is light, embodying love, joy, peace, kindness, and humility.
These two wolves fight for control over our hearts and minds.
Which wolf will win, you ask?
The one you feed.
